Q.

Good evening doctor. I am a father of 2.5 yrs old girl. Her paediatric has advised following tonics. Immulina 2.5 ml twice a day. Liv 52 2.5 ml twice a day. Cherri 4 ml once a day. Hapenz 2.5 ml twice a day. Practice EN 2.5 ml twice a day. Is this correct? I doubt sometimes. thanks you in advance for your response.

A. so much multivitamins are usually not required so it is advisable to take a follow-up if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplemcents to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.
