Q.

good evening all, 5 months 15 days pregnant since two days baby movement is not felt. Plz tell me the cause.

A. it needs proper examination if you can go for abdominal scanning also Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Wash hands often before
