good doctor my son in 26months old and even now he suffers with gass problem in the night and does not sleep well. I give him Himalaya bonnisan about 6ml evey night yet he has a problem in expelling gas.. pls suggest

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with higdh fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
