Good day sir my child is not well from 2-3 days , he is having fever 100-103 from 3 days , he is passing blood through stool and did vomiting also 4-5 times

It Is a sure shot stomach infection and it is increasing so obviously which is why the fever is not subsiding it is starting 103° fahrenheit the vomiting this continuous it would be advisable for you to immediately consult your paediatrician because you are seeing blood also in the school all of things these things are quite an indication for a stomach infection
