Good afternoon sir my son is of 6.5 yrs.. he is coughing from last night.. little bit running nose. it's like dry cough.. plz suggest what to do. regards

A. Take a cup of water with well cleaned tulsi leaves and black betel leaves and Indian borage leaves in it along with black pepper. Boil this mixture until the water is reduced to half. Then once the water is lukewarm u can filter it and give it to ur child.
