Good afternoon sir My daughter is having a cough for 4-5 days. It is a dry cough.

Brozeet would be good to be given to the child for dry cough so you can go ahead with giving it as of now three times in the day for 3 to 5 days yet if your child is in better by that time then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
