Q.

Good Afternoon sir. My baby is 1 year old now ,can I give cow milk to him. If yes thn how much nd when I can give him. people saying giving too much cow milk can cause cough in baby ,cow milk is cold dats why. Nd now a days whatever I used to give him to eat h just spit out why sir?

A. yes can give around 300ml to 500ml per day the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby small quantities of outside milk in cute Babyhug sippers or cups to encourage drinking. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family
