Good Afternoon Sir, As my child has been operated for umbilical Hernia by the surgeon.I have ti enquire that his vaccination is due.So may I vaccinate my child early or not?

yes you can go for the vaccine now also. many times due to to some reasons you are not able to give explanation to the child there is no need to worry and you can go for the zvaccination.
meet your doctor with your vaccine card who will arrange when you can go for the vaccine and how many dosage will be needed
