Good afternoon noon madam Our child has 5 years 4 months old,her 2 tooth are fall early. Usually chills fall at the age of 6. Is there any problem.please give the suggestion sir. I will be waiting for it.

A. Hi no there can be early exfoliation of milk teeth..so don't worry..but wait permanent teeth will erupt at it's actual timing.. keep checking for the signs of eruption of permanent teeth..
