Q.

Good Afternoon My son is 13 months old and from begining i used to give him Similac Formula Milk so as he completed one year can i change it to Nido infant milk or should i consult doctor first before changing.

A. that should not be any problem if you are giving any type of milk after 1 year of age and if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem after its consumption than you can give it to the child regularly

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year completion you can start giving your child outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or any other suitable milk or dairy. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
