Good afternoon my baby finish tody (twin baby) two yr 4 month completely both baby are not taking food so kindly advice some medicine

A. give zincovit syrup to the babies for appetite stimulation yhfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. hi parent please offer her breast feeding frequently give her supplements as suggested by your doctor please ensure good brest milk supply by taking dairy
