Good afternoon, I have 55 days baby and not able to feed him. I tried Shatavari, Pro shake, Perinorm, Galact Granules but I do not see any increase in milk production. please help me out or provide effective ayurvedic medicine

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can try lactate tablets SD drink plenty of liquor and have 3 cups of milk in a day and before feeding massage your breast towards nipple and apply warm compress and eat a healthy diet

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello along with the granules you make sure to have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and 8f bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
