even if child is eating less amount off unblended food for few days it is alright. child will eat eventually when hungry
let child self feed and mess a little for creating interest in unblended food
keep trying and also try to explain that now child has teeth to chew and is a big boy/girl
make child sit with the family to eat to understand how older people have their food

Just give literally very small small bites to the child which your child can gulp and can easily swallow also make the food soggy enough for the child so that your child try to chew some kids behave like this initially but over the time with practice is going to change
