Good afternoon doctor My daughter is having fever and dry cough and blocked nose What medications can I give her to make her well?

Crocin is a basic paracetamol that can be given for fever but if your child is having dry cough and all also I suggest you please check with your doctor before you start giving any medication to the child and proceed and follow up with your doctors advice only
