NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy10 months agoA. hello neonatal acne is normal n just that avoid application if oil in baby face n also use mild n gentle skin care products made of natural ingredients n chemkcal free like babyhug which can help n absolutely nothing to worry about
