Giving ferni(mixture of suji and sugar) to my baby is it good for her health.. As my baby is 17 months old.. can it decrease her appetite due to sugar intake.. And is cerlac better than ferni

It’s nothing like that if you feel it’s a healthy combination you can give it to the child it is not going to have negative impact but instead of giving sugar every time you can prefer using something healthy alternative which could be jaggery you can use that instead of sugar
