Giod evening i did my routine check up blood rest bwcause i was feeling headaches and sometimes little chest pain, so cholesterol, sugar, triglycerids levels are in the normal range, but for RBC count it shows low 3.98 and packed cells volumes low 34. haemoglobine its 13. im having appointment with doctor but nor until next week . i would like to know if it could be serious? im over weight as well. thank you so much

A. will suggest to consult the doctor with report and follow the doctor low RBC count could also indicate a vitamin B6, B12 or folate deficiency. It may also signify malnutrition (where a person's diet doesn't contain enough nutrients to meet their body's needs). take care
