ghee which food I should add for weight gain

A. You can add maximum 4 teaspoons per day of ghee to your baby's food. You can add it to the baby's porridge, khichdi, upma, dal rice, even sooji halwa, soups etc. Also, it can be added to kheer while cooking.

A. Yiu can add to all foods. Especially to rice, chapathi, idli, dosa you can add.. You can add even to liltlr bread. Almost to al foods to a add a sponn of ghee everyday dear
