Hello mom abhi is age mein baby ko aap semi solid to soft consistency foods de saket hai gradually aap usska quantity and variety and number of meals increase kar sakte hai .abhi aap usko rice , roti different variety of dals, chana, rajma , usske khane mein ghee add kar saket hai , panner , curds, aur fruits jaisi ki banana, chikku , avocado etc . Vegetables sago , dalia , multigrain mix, etc de saket hai
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits powder etc
