A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and his penis becomes balloned while peeing so mostly he is having a phimosis and it needs opinion of your surgeon so

A. Hi Dear parent this condition is known as phimosis and usually he is caused due to narrow opening of the foreskin please consult a paediatrician or a surgeon in a nearby hospital and you may require to use your point meant for sometime and if it does not benefit you have to take the kid for circumcision procedure

A. this is normal in this age we should not worry that maintain proper hygiene for the baby and if any other issue is there you can consult your doctor once for a proper examination
