gdmrng doctor can I give gripe water for my 1month old baby.... because he is passing gas very frequently n crying. not sleeping

A. Bonnisan five drops can be given maximum four times in today and always remember gripe water is the most dangerous and risky thing that you can offer to the child it is only going to increase troubles for the child please don’t ever give it to the child
