Gd Morning doctor My son s getting fever at the nights from 2 days and is having motions what do u suggest doctor he is not at all eating food these days

A. it may be any inf. Pediatrician should be consulted for this as for proper treatment and management this required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. And also no any self medication should be given to baby .
