Have you given a lot of screen time to the child because your child knows rhymes and says mamma papa but normal conversation is not there so there could be a little bit of delay in understanding what you were saying and conversing try to communicate more with your child and things should get better over the period I cannot give you a definite time but with conversation and communication only things will get better
