A. ok. if you having pain in chest due to gases then you can take a tab omez for the time being. drink some ajwain- saunf water adding a pinch of black salt

A. Hello! Chest pain can be serious and is not always caused by Gas. Please consult your doctor immediately to rule out any issues, especially if the pain is severe and spreading your arms or neck.
