A. mother's milk is best food for a child. so please stick on it but as you have low milk supply, here I suggest some tips, hope it help: try different feeding positions. offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. you can take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk. stay Stress free.

A. hi you should offer both alternatively for example if you are giving mother feed first ,you have to wait for two hours and then repeat the formula but make sure that when your baby get mother milk he or she is taking enough.
