Q.
Fungus infection appeared on my baby face. what precautions need to be taken? Dr suggested some cream and also use detol soap.

Dettol soap is not used on such a small child’s face at all if it is on the body then it is okay but not on the face and continue with the cream that the doctor has suggested and also ask what could possibly be the reason for a fungal infection in such a small child
