frustrated momma 😩 .. my daughter is 19 months old . she suddenly refused solid foods .. from yesterday to till now she didn't eat single spoon of solids except milk .. i literally cried .. i gave variety of foods . she has no intrest . she is suffering from running nose . but she didn't even touch solid foods . what to do ..

A. Hello mom please not to worry as she is having a running nose she is unwell and so she is behaving like that . Give her what she prefers and how much ever she can . Don’t force her .. give her some warm fluids like vegetable soup with bread , or you may give her some fresh fruits or juices . Idli , Upma , porridge or halwa etc
