Q.

Fruit nibbler Can i give fruit nibbler for 4 month old baby? Please suggest. She’s not feeding at all (meagre) since 1 week. Always keeps biting anything that she gets in hand. She also bites her own fingers. She’s 4 months old now. Could this be teething?

A. No. you can not give a food nibbler at 4 months of age as the child must be on milk exclusively till that age. Yes, it can be due to teething. massage the gums with a clean cold cotton cloth and give clean cold silicone teethers to chew on. make sure her hands and surrounding and anything that she puts in mouth is always clean
