from yesterday my daughter poops 6 to 9 times . whats the reason .is it ok or i shall consult a doctor

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. thank u doctor. but before she poops green nd there was no smell but now she poops liquid yellow nd there is smell .is it ok

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. motions after every meal is generally seen and normal in children unless associated with some chronic infection like amoebiasis or may be indigestion or could be habitual also .so it needs proper assessmentrft to rule out the cause, but if the smell colour and consistency of the motion is normal and there is no other problem like fever or vomiting you should not worry for now . you can give probiotic enterogermina probiotic tubes 2 times a day and consult doctor if problem continues.
