ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist7 years agoA. Dear ma'am, if you have heard about kadukkaai, it's very effective for treating constipation and piles. You may take one teaspoon powder mixed in honey morning empty stomach and evening before going to bed. Prune juice 100ml daily can be taken. In addition consume papaya, dark green leafy vegetables, dried figs, banana, barley water etc. Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids. Limit milk consumption to two glasses per day. Avoid fatty and refined foods.
