Q.

from the last three days I am not able to sleep properly at night..when I wakeup in the middle of the next to feed my baby after that it takes me 2-3 hrs to go back in sleep..ehat should I do?

A. Hello mom it isnt easily especially the lactating phase and that too when exclusively breast feeding. try if possible to get help at home, as such so that once you are done with feeding someone can take care of the baby. this is a phase , gradually it would settle down.
