Q.
from starting of this month 1sy onw week my baby was suffering from cold,cough and mild fever.after recovery from this diarrhea and then dysentery. i am continuing medicine in consultation with the Doctor. so during these period i could not clean her tongue regularly. now her tongue looks slight blackish from last 2 days. i was giving her pomegranate juice. what is the reason of blackish tongue. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, it is due to pomegranate juice.. Wrap soft, moist, cotton cloth around your finger and gently put your finger inside your baby's mouth. Wipe the upper and then the lower gum pad as well.
Ensure the water is drinking water and squeeze the excess water out .. Don't clean the tounge to deep and also do it half n hour after the feed.
