From past 3 days my baby is having blisters on her inner part of the lip and tongue which makes it unable for her to drink milk and makes her very cranky. Have given her Enterogermina vial. but nothing seems to help . she is even passing watery stools.

A. you can continue breastfeeding which will help in improving the blister and for pain you can give paracetamol and take a follow up after 3 days with the doctor if it is not improving
