Q.

from last few days my 21 months old daughter has hard stool problem , so most of the time we need to insert tablet , is there any permanent solution for this ??

A. one age ahard stools is common due to change in food pattern and content. For immediate relief from constipation u can use dulcolax / glycerin suppository. To avoid and rectify constipation u shud focus on diet change. U shud give fibre rich fruits/pulpy seasonal fruits like mango apple pear pomegranate n green leafy vegetables like beans palak brocolli etc. Give fruits mix in milk as shakes Increase water content and give plenty of other fluids also
