Q.

From last 30 days my baby is sleeping Max 7 hours a day and that too we are trying a lot to get her to sleep..it's talking us 1.5 hours to get her to sleep. Baby is having her regular food. please suggest some solution..

A. Hello mom as now they are more into playing and exploring things aroud them , the are quite active at this age. massages , bed time routine can be done
