From last 10 days my baby is urinating few times in yellow colour. The only change we did is we started feeding him food(rice along with dal power) and giving baby iron drops

A. There is no fever. urine smells like fish sometimes.

A. hi it happens because of consentrated urine , dehydration or Infection so if there is symptoms like fever, irritability, urine with fishy or foul smell ,low appetite etc then you must consult your pediatrician.
