Q.
four yrs my old son is not following my word or instructions however he copies all songs or cartoon whichever he likes. He becomes hyperactive whenever he sees his favourite items like chocolate. He always busy in his own world and never respond well for any call. is he normal or we should visit doctor.

Hello mom the symptoms you mentioned seems to get a doubt but it wont be ideal to come to a conclusion on it, its better to get him examined ones by the doctor or a behaviorall therapist , make some videos if you can on the situtions you mentioned just as to get a idea
