found these blood mucous in my 5months old baby poop is it normal?

Blood usually is an indication for stomach infection of most of the science you next time see blood into the poop again then maybe there’s an infection into the stomach of your child for that you will have to have an assessment with your doctors for the course of antibiotics can be based on that only
