forthy stool is ok for 6month baby? 4-5 times poops in a day but sometimes only the poop like forthy plz reply

A. good afternoon it is definitely not alright it is an indication of the fact that the baby might be suffering from stomach infection I would recommend that you should try to visit your pediatrician for checkup
