Formula milk - How healthy is formula milk for a baby ? Can we start using it from first month. It's been said that - mother's milk is recommended until six months. So, wanted to check if there are any disadvantages or after effects if formula milk is given to baby

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Untill 5 completed months exclusive breast milk in case of lack of breast milk formula milk is suggested for babies.
Breast milk contains all minerals, vitamins, brain development elements,, bones strength,immunity boosting elements so will be given first and foremost preference.
Where as some mother's doesn't lactate or have less milk supply in that cases as a supplement formula milk powder is suggested nothing harmful in that ,you can choose brands by paeditrician suggestion which providing most of the Brain development elements, minerals, vitamins .
