control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

you need to give starchy food like boiled potatoes, Sweet potatoes ,rice ,sago etc
give energy dense fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado, dates etc
you can serve full cream milk with dry fruits powder once in a day.
