for wait gain which type of food we should provide to the baby.

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of 2 years 1 month old baby, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. hi you need to give starchy food like boiled potatoes, Sweet potatoes ,rice ,sago etc give energy dense fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado, dates etc you can serve full cream milk with dry fruits powder once in a day.
