for vaccine pain killer what medicine should I use? I am giving only paracetamol for fever.

Paracetamol is a painkiller as well so you do not have to give any extra medicine to the child if you are already giving paracetamol that’s one of the best medicines that you can offer to the child at the age currently for reducing down the pain which is happening because of vaccination to the child to the child
