A. give or repeat pcm in 4 to 6 hours if temperature is more than 100 F keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Dress your child lightly. keep him well hydrate .

A. good morning it seems that the child is suffering from viral infection and will require antibiotics treatment to recover from the same I would request you to try to visit your pediatrician for the proper clinical examination
