for my husband doctor mentioned that in knees gujju( Telugu meaning) reduced itseems what found shoul eat and should not can it recover age 37.also please check attached xray and let me know

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it looks like there is gap and better to consult with your any orthopaedic in person and follow the prescription and also add walnuts , chia seeds and flex seeds in your diet. Take care
