for my another baby he is 5 years old and he has a fever of 103 degrees and covid symptoms are not seen what should I do

fever is high
you should consult your pediatrician for once.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
if there is no cold and cough , give sponge bath to reduce the temperature
maintain good hygiene
