for my 9 month old baby, which milk is good? formula milk or cow milk?

Animal milk cannot be given before the age of 13 ones so best age to go for formula feeding breast feeding or you can go ahead with giving toned pasteurise milk to the child as of now if you want to touch a safer option to be given after the time of six months
