Q.
For my 3.5 months baby girl i started giving 60ml formula feed as a top feed before bed time(just one feed a day) But this is causing gas pain if she does not poop everyday. Her weight was 4.5 kg as 3 months old which seems less but She is active and achieved all milestones Should i stop topfeed?

ExpertDr Sonali KadeliPaediatrician6 months agoA. If you have sufficient breast milk then stop top feeds.. if you feel, the secretions are reduced then only give top feeds

Constipation and gas related issues are completely normal and common in kids also I would like to tell you at the same time you can give a medicine for stomach pain to the child which is normal to be given I would recommend you to give five drops one time Bonnisan you can use it every day
