give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. You ca'add littl honey, dates syrup, Nuts powder. Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
