You can give variety of healthy foods to the baby at this stage which is home cooked and fresh like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, dalia, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, fresh juices, curd, ghee, buttermilk, coconut water and milk.
To boost immunity, give Vitamin C rich foods like guava,broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, etc.
