Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers cgf may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Its Find if your child is sleeping for even 10 to 12 hours in a day in totality then that’s going to be good enough a minimum of 12 hours is still expected for kids to sleep at this age and if your child is not sleeping throughout the day that’s completely fine but if your child sleeps peacefully in the night time without waking up that is what is important
